Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Agent Achievement Academy training program consists of eight (8) one-hour training sessions, with all recorded sessions available for six (6) months.

Participants are billed $197 upon registration and will be automatically billed a second payment of $197 in 30 days.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may cancel within seven (7) days of the initial one-hour training session for a full refund of your initial payment.

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@AgentAchievement.com within the 7-day refund period. After seven (7) days, no refunds will be issued, and the second payment of $197 will be processed automatically on day 30. Once the refund is approved within the 7-day window, your access to all training materials will be revoked.
